VIRTUAL ASSISTANT SERVICES (GHL)
TERMS & CONDITIONS – $997 PER MONTH**

1. Service Description
Lead Marketing Company (“LMC”) provides Virtual Assistant services specifically for Go High Level (GHL). These services may include workflow setup, funnel edits, CRM tasks, pipeline management, automations assistance, form/build updates, appointment scheduling, contact management, and other GHL-related support tasks.
Services are limited to tasks that can be completed inside your GHL sub-account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payment & Billing
The monthly fee is $997, billed automatically every 30 days.
Payment is required upfront to activate services.
Your subscription continues automatically until canceled.
Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of service.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable.
When you pay for the month, you gain access to staffing, time allocation, and resources that cannot be reclaimed. Whether you fully utilize the service or not, the fee remains non-refundable.
4. Communication & Turnaround Time
All requests must be submitted through the designated communication channels (ex: Slack, email, project board, or support portal).
Typical response window is within 24–48 business hours.
More complex tasks may require additional time.
VAs do not work holidays or weekends unless arranged as a separate agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide:
Proper access to your GHL account.
Clear instructions and task details.
Required branding assets, logins, and content promptly.
Failure to provide necessary access or clarity may delay task completion.
6. Scope of Work Limitations
This service does NOT include:
Copywriting for ads or long-form content (unless requested as a separate service).
Running paid ads.
Advanced coding or custom API builds.
Full website redesigns outside GHL.
Strategy consulting unless added as a premium upgrade.
Prospecting, cold outreach, or sales calls.
Tasks must fall within the normal capabilities of a GHL Virtual Assistant.
7. Intellectual Property
All assets you provide remain yours.
All assets created by LMC for your business become your property once the month’s payment is completed in full.
8. Confidentiality
LMC agrees to keep all client data, assets, logins, and sensitive information confidential.
You agree not to share LMC internal processes, documents, or training materials with third parties.
9. Termination & Cancellation
You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ notice before your next billing date to avoid renewal.
No refunds for partial months.
LMC may terminate service for abusive behavior, unreasonable demands, or non-payment.
All outstanding payments must be completed before termination takes effect.
10. Liability Limitation
LMC is not responsible for:
Loss of revenue or opportunities.
Platform outages (GHL or any integrations).
Errors caused by third-party tools or client-provided data.
Decisions or strategy implemented by the client.
Maximum liability is limited to one month of service fees.
11. No Guarantee of Specific Results
LMC provides hands-on support and implementation, but makes no guarantees regarding sales, lead volume, revenue, or performance outcomes.
Your success depends on your offer, market, traffic, and consistency.
12. Agreement
By subscribing to the $997/mo GHL Virtual Assistant Plan, you acknowledge that you:

Authorize recurring payments.
Understand this is a month-to-month service with no refunds.
